I haven't been posting around for sometime and i apologise for that.
Now unto the post,
We all know that the COVID-19 came around and we all are stuck in our homes not knowing what to do. If you have gained some weight over the last few years and want to Do some Exercises, but do not know where to start. You are at the Right Place.
So Guys, Let's see the Top 5 Exercises that can be done in our own homes without any external Machines or Objects.

The First Exercise on our List is,
2.Burpee: Burpee is one of the Famous Exercises that most of the people Know. Burpee is also one of the hardest Exercise (if you were a beginner). The Way to do Burpee can be seen as easy but while doing it, it's hard. Let me Just explain the way to do a Burpee. Burpee is done by doing a Jumping Jack and a Push-Ups. This Both Exercises combines is 1 Rep. The Benefits of Doing this exercises are Relieving Stress, Reduce Body Weight, Make your Heart Healthy and etc.
3.Mountain-Climbing Exercise: It's an Exercise where we keep our both Hands on the Floor and move our leg up and down to mimic the feeling of Trekking or Mountain Climbing. It is a really good Exercise helping in Leg Muscles and some parts of the hip too. It also helps in Heart Functioning, Leg Muscles Functioning, Reduce Weight and etc.
4.Push-Ups: Push-Ups is one of major Exercise and is also common in Sports and Gym. Push-Ups have a certain posture and if not followed can lead to many injuries. Push-Ups are done placing your hands and legs on the Floor while your Body floats and then you push your arms and body to reach the floor. A Picture will be displayed down to better Explain. Push-Ups relieve Stress, Breathing exercise and is Good for Heart and also Muscles of the Arms, Hips and legs.
5.Cross Knee to Elbow: It's a simple exercise that focuses on legs and knees. The Main way to do it is by raising your knees and touching your arms when your fingers are placed at your head.. It's a Simple and Cool Exercise to Do and benefits in many ways. It helps your lower abdomen and as usual your Heart and Breath rate, Reduce weight and etc. I am really sorry i didn't get any Picture of this exercise with Non-Copyright. So, No Picture...😢😢😢.
Note: Be sure to Warm-Up before doing this Exercise or else Serious injuries would occur.
